What is your Return Policy?

Merch Maker items are customized and sold as final sale only. If there is a mistake made by Merch Maker, please email merchmakerllc@gmail.com within 10 days of receiving item and it will be resolved. Merch Maker is not responsible for sizing concerns, as size charts were provided at the time of purchase.

Are there any washing recommendations?

It is recommended that you turn the garment inside out when washing to protect the decoration.  Do not use hot water.  Do not iron over any decorations.

What is your turn around time?

Typically the turn around time will be 2-3 weeks once online store closes.  Screen printed items take 3-4 weeks.

What is the difference between screen print and transfers?

Screen Print 

Screen printing in ideal for 1-3 color simple designs.  Screen printing takes 3-4 weeks turn around time.  It can be cheaper than transfers but each color of ink adds approx. $.75 per shirt.  Screen printing is used for orders of 30 items or more of the same design and colors.

Transfers

Transfers are used for images of many colors.  Transfers take 2-3 week turnaround time.  Different color options can be offered.  Custimization of names/numbers can be done for lowest cost in transfers.

What is your policy in regards to using logos or others' artwork?

Simple Explanation:  No, we can't make merch with the Cubs logo or any logo you don't have permission to use.  It is impossible for us to know what you have permission to use, so it is your responsibility to have the rights to the image.

The Long Story:  When you order from us, you certify that you have the right to use the image(s) in your designs.  Under these Terms and Conditions, you agree that you will NOT include any designs consisting of the following material:  any material that could give rise to any civil or criminal liability under applicable law; and any material that could infringe rights of privacy, publicity, copyrights or other intellectual property rights without the permission of the owner of these rights and the persons who are shown in the material if applicable.
